Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan tracks unlimited sales, inventory and shows, shows your W/L record and profit after fees, and includes Whatnot and eBay imports, Coach's Insights and share cards. It comes with 25 AI actions a month and 10 card scans a week. You don't need to enter any payment details.

Do you log in to my Whatnot or eBay account?

Never. You download your sales export from the platform and drop it in, or paste screenshots. W/L Ledger never asks for your platform password.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start Pro and add a payment method; you aren't charged for 7 days. Cancel in one tap before then and you pay nothing. Otherwise it's $9.99/month or $79/year. One trial per person.

What's Lifetime?

Pay $249 once and keep every Pro feature for as long as W/L Ledger is around, including new ones. No renewals. If you're already on monthly or yearly, that plan stops the moment you switch, so you're never double-charged.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in one tap under Settings → Plan & billing. You won't be charged again and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays on the free plan.

Which platforms' fees does it know?

Whatnot, eBay, TikTok Shop, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, StockX, Grailed, plus card shows and cash sales (no fees). You can override any fee if your rate is different.

Is my data private?

Your notes and where you bought things are encrypted, and tax documents are encrypted in your browser before upload. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

Is the Tax Center tax advice?

No. It organizes your numbers (set-aside estimate, 1099-K tracking, sales tax collected, a year-end sheet) so you or your tax preparer can file with confidence.

Does it work on my phone?
